Shipping method and cost
Orders within Greece are charged with shipping costs or cash on delivery costs. The cost varies depending on the volume and weight of the package and the price is adjusted according to the price list of the bill of lading that serves the customer’s city of residence.
Delivery time of the order
All orders are sent by our company the next working day (Monday to Friday), from the day you placed your order as long as they are available in our store. Orders are sent by shipping company and are delivered in 2-5 working days. The customer receives personalized information about the order in time.
Collection from the store
When completing your order, you can choose to pick up your order from our store at 25 Nikopoleos in Ioannina. In this case, the products you ordered will be reserved for you for 3 working days and during this period you can come to the store at any time and pick up them. After the above period, your order is automatically canceled. For the best service, the customer is informed about the status of the order before its cancellation.
